Ages 12-65 (parental consent required in person for those under 18 years of age) 45 – 100 kg taller than 130 cm.
Modest comfortable clothing and closed shoes – no skirts, dresses, or flip flops.
Good medical condition.
Not pregnant.
Free of existing or recurring injuries.
Not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substances that impair judgment (e.g. medicine).
Free from serious physical or mental disorders that would not allow you to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.
Free from medical conditions that require immediate medical attention.
On entry, the customer must present a valid photo identification document such as original ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit/credit card that was used for purchase.

Pick up from our lakeside office and transfer to our Zipflyer launch site (please be at the pick up location at least 15 minutes prior to the boarding time)
