• Can I control the speed?
    The speed is self controlled. But you'll be given some instructions by our ride supervisors about the controlling of the speed in case required.
  • Can I carry my things along with me?
    Yes, you can carry small things like camera, wallet, small bags which can be fit into the small pocket at the back side of the Zip flyer harness seat.
  • What’s included in the tour and what about the duration?

    Your tour includes the to and fro transportation from the Lakeside, Pokhara. The zipline ride is about 2 minutes but the whole entire tour takes around 2.5 hours.

  • What are the costs included and excluded in the rafting package?

    Cost includes: Ground transportation, wages and insurance of guides, porters and kitchen staff, food and accommodation during the rafting period, boats and accessories (helmets, paddles etc).

    Cost Excludes: Mineral water or beverages, hotel accommodation or meals if you choose to stay in a hotel during the trip, personal items, emergency evacuation and airfare when applicable.

  • What equipment do I need for the trip and what equipment do you provide?

    What we provide: Rafts, life-jackets, helmets, oars, other accessories, First Aid Kit (tapes, bandages, general drugs etc).

    What you need to bring: Clothing and footwear, toiletries, cameras, batteries and other personal items.

    What is the best season for White Water Rafting in Nepal?

    September to early December and March to early June are commercial rafting months in Nepal. The more adventurous and experienced, however, choose to run the rivers from early September to early October and May to June when there is high flow in the river stream.

  • So, do I need insurance for this trip?
    We recommend that our clients have proper medical insurance before choosing to raft with us. This allows us to make necessary arrangements in case of emergencies.
  • What about safety during the rafting trip?
    Since White Water Rafting is considered an extreme sport, there are many safety issues related to this sport. We understand this and make sure that our clients’ safety is our prime concern. Besides, our guides have participated in various Rescue and First Aid trainings allowing us to take care of adventure seekers who choose to participate in this extreme sport.
  • How safe is an ultralight?

    In comparison to regular aircraft, Ultralights have a tremendous advantage over it due to their low weight and speed. Their high aerodynamic qualities allow this delta wing aircraft to perform long flights and land even with the engine turned off. Their unique design includes a ballistic parachute system, which enables the aircraft to land safely in case of emergency. Ultralights need only 300 meters of airfield to take-off and land.

    The company has multi national pilots coming from all over the world. They are highly trained professionals with thousands of Ultralight flight hours to their credit.

  • Are there any passenger qualifications for the ultralight flight?
    Yes. There ara a few things that passenger should know. First is that the weight of the passenger cannot exceed 110 kg (240 lb). The company employees can check your weigh using the company scales and if it exceeds set parameters, stop the flight. Second, you must read, understand and agree with the liability waiver form that must be signed prior to an Ultralight flight. Minor -participant under 18 must be signed off by a parent or legal guardian.
  • How long is a normal flight?
    The normal flight is about 15-20 minutes, you can also go for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes flight. The price varies accordingly.
  • I have never done paragliding before, so can I do it?
    Yes, you can, you don't need to be experienced. Our experienced pilot will take care of your flight and all you need to do is just relax and enjoy the view.
  • How can you guarantee the safety?
    We have used the best technology and the best equipment which includes the most advance bungee cord, better than the ones used in other companies. And we have a well experienced certified European bungee master.
  • What’s the height of the bungee and how do we land?
    The height is approximately 70 meters and we have a small pool beneath where there is a raft boat and our crew members who will safely land you on that boat.
  • What if i don’t want to jump after climbing the tower?
    Well, we have a well experienced European bungee master who will motivate you for the jump. If not you can still wait for other people to jump off first, then probably you can be motivated to jump. Still, you want to bacl out, then sorry, the money is non-refundable.
